We encourage members with non-urgent matters to take the following steps before reaching out to Union Office.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact local Branch Representatives or Shop Stewards for advice and support.<\/li>\n<li>Check for relevant resources on myRNU and the discussion forum.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mcusercontent.com\/88092b72fee2c48c377450215\/images\/bacfd86a-fa47-f110-6c48-19e9eb2896f5.jpg\"><strong>Dispute Resolution Process<\/strong><\/a>.
