Delegates Share Their Feedback on the 29th Biennial RNUNL Convention

February 24, 2025

Thank you to all delegates who attended the 29th Biennial RNUNL Convention – Stronger Together, and for providing invaluable feedback through our post-convention survey. Your insights are guiding improvements to future conventions.

Survey Highlights:

  • 94% of delegates felt the convention met their expectations.
  • 98% would recommend attending future conventions.

Your thoughtful comments helped identify areas where we can enhance the experience. Here’s what we heard:

  1. More Time for Business Sessions & Open Discussion: Delegates want increased focus on resolutions, finance updates, and open forums. We are reviewing the schedule to prioritize these key sessions.
  2. Emphasis on Respectful Dialogue: The importance of professional, respectful communication during debates was highlighted. We will continue fostering a positive and engaging environment for all attendees.
  3. Refresher on Business Procedures: Many delegates requested a session to review business procedures, ensuring smoother discussions and decision-making processes.
  4. Rally Enhancements: While 78% felt the rally met its advocacy goals, delegates suggested improvements in promotion, audio quality, and more organized chants to boost engagement.
  5. Venue & Logistics: Though 97% found the venue professional and comfortable, some concerns were raised about security, seating arrangements, and session timing. We are exploring options for future locations.

Additionally, congratulations to Mary Feltham, who won the $50 gift card prize draw for completing the survey!

RNUNL is committed to implementing these recommendations to enhance both the effectiveness and experience of future conventions.
